You can email me directly, give me a call, or fill out one of the project questionnaires on my website. We’ll schedule a quick call to go over your quote, timeline, and project needs. Once a date is confirmed, I’ll send over a simple agreement and deposit invoice to lock it in!

Nope! My quotes are clean and simple — you only pay for the time I’m actively on-site during your scheduled coverage.

  • Full usage rights granted in perpetuity (no licensing restrictions)

6. Can I add video to my photography package?

Yes! Most of my clients choose to include a highlight video with short interviews or b-roll coverage of the event or facility. Video deliverables are social-media ready and turned around in 5 business days.

7. Do you offer ongoing partnerships or retainer options?

Absolutely. Many of my clients work with me seasonally or quarterly to build a content library for their websites, social channels, recruitment campaigns, or digital marketing. We can create a custom plan based on your needs.

8. Do you offer drone photo or video?

Yes! We have a FAA-licensed drone operator on our team and can include aerial photos or video as part of any package (weather and location permitting).

9. What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability. For full terms, please review your service agreement.

10. How do I receive my files?

All photos and videos are delivered via a secure, downloadable online gallery or link. You’ll have full access and permanent rights to use your content however you’d like — no watermarks or licensing fees.

11. Do you travel outside the DC/MD/PA area?

Yes! I regularly travel for client work across the U.S. If you have an event or project outside my home region, I’ll include any travel costs in your quote — no surprise fees.

12. Can you help with strategy or shot lists before the shoot?

Yes. I offer creative direction, scriptwriting, and shot list planning to help you get the most out of your shoot. Whether you're promoting your brand or capturing a big event, we’ll work together to make sure everything’s on point.
